Getting Gigs - The artist programmer’s perspective.
Join Sibylla and Con from the Writer Services department as they host our August APRA I AMCOS Connect meeting. They will be joined by special guests Richard Moffat and Sarah Blaby.
Richard and Sarah book some of Melbourne's best music venues - including The Corner Hotel and Revolver upstairs. Richard also programmes some of Australia's biggest music festivals - The Falls, Southbound and Push Over. Richard and Sarah will be discussing their booking strategies and will be available to answer general questions.
DON'T FORGET - DEADLINE: Live Performance Returns - due 31st August for the 2007/8 financial year!
There will also be a chance for members to complete their on-line LPR's on the office computers (via appointment please).
Connect Meetings are APRA's way of introducing you to APRA and some of the things you need to know in order to get the most from your APRA membership. These meetings are open to APRA members and interested songwriters.
